The Beginners’ level is made for those international participants who have no knowledge of the Serbian language whatsoever. Within the two semesters, the participants will cover some basic grammar and vocabulary background necessary for their everyday communication, reading the text and understanding of the same text as well. They will also learn both Serbian Latin and Cyrillic Alphabets. After completing first semester programme, student is supposed to master A1 level of Serbian (according to Common European Framework of Reference), and after second semester programme supposed level is A2.

The Intermediate level is intended for those participants who do have some basic knowledge of the Serbian language necessary for everyday communication. During the course, they will improve their knowledge of Serbian at the grammatical, lexical and socio-cultural levels. After completing first semester programme, student is supposed to master B1 level of Serbian (according to Common European Framework of Reference), and after second semester programme supposed level is B2.

The Advanced level is intended for those who do speak and write the Serbian language, but, in order to perform their more focused activities, need to know, and in a full detail, grammar, vocabulary and socio-cultural aspects of the Serbian language. The course lasts for two semesters.
